Director
Andy comes with a wealth of knowledge in talent process optimisation, having spent eight years redesigning and implementing business critical recruitment systems. Andy was part of the team which built and scaled YunoJuno, a recruitment software business that now serves 60% of the advertising industry's talent teams in the UK. Originally training as a history teacher, he now enjoys nothing more than optimising a process flow and strategising innovative solutions with his clients. He has over 14 years' experience in Business Systems and implementation.
